Breakfast Casserole

This is a great manner to do breakfast for a grouping of people. It functions about 6 and it can be fully made a twenty-four hours ahead of clip except for the baking. When my wife's household was down visiting, we just set one of these together the nighttime before, then when everyone started waking up in the morning time we just started the coffee, popped the casserole in the oven, and breakfast was served.

Ingredients:

1 pound land sausage (hot or mild)

6 eggs

2 cups milk

6 pieces of achromatic breadstuff (crust trimmed off)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (Coleman's® is best)

1/4 pound grated crisp cheddar cheese cheese

Brown the sausage in a frying pan or frying pan and set aside to run out well. Spray a 2 qt baking dish with non-stick cookery spray. Screen the underside of the dish with the bread. Spread the sausage over the top of the bread. Whisk up the eggs along with the milk, salt, and mustard until evenly blended. Pour this egg mixture over the sausage and bread, and then scatter on the grated cheese until the full top surface is covered. Screen the baking hot dish and set it into the icebox until you're cook to cook. When you're cook just take the casserole from the icebox and let it to near room temperature (about a one-half an hour). Then bake it uncovered at 350ºF for 50 minutes. That's it. It's that easy. Again, this is a great manner to function breakfast to a grouping of people. If you have got more than than six, just dual up the formula using two baking hot dishes.
