Chicken Leaf Salad With Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp canola oil

3 Tbsp raspberry bush vino vinegar

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

2 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

1 pound poulet breast, boneless and skinless

1 pinch salt

1 pinch blackness pepper

1 big caput cos lettuce

2 medium greenness onions, sliced

1/2 pint raspberries

Prepare Dressing:

1 In a little bowl compound oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Stir till refined sugar is dissolved. Topographic Point in electric refrigerator while preparing the salad.

Prepare Salad:

1 Take the caput of lettuce and separate the leaves. Topographic Point the leaves of absence in cold H2O in the sink or a
big bowl to soak for a couple of minutes. Then rinse the leaves of absence and shingle off the excess
water. Tear the leaves of absence into pieces and topographic point in a big bowl. Wash and piece the greenish onions
and topographic point in bowl with lettuce. Gently rinse the raspberry bushes and topographic point on paper towels to dry
and set aside.

Two Rinse the poulet breast and rap dry out with paper towels. Season poulet with a pinch of salt and
pepper. Topographic Point on a little broiler rack and broiling until the poulet is cooked. Cut the poulet into
strips.

Three Take the dressing out of the electric refrigerator and stir. Pour over lettuce and greenish onions in bowl and toss
until leaves of absence are well coated with dressing. Add cooked poulet strips and flip into salad. Place
raspberry bushes on top of salad and gently flip so as not to oppress raspberries. Serve.

Cooking Tips:

If you are not able to happen raspberry bush vino acetum you may replace reddish vino vinegar. It will not
be exactly the same but will still be good.

Raspberries are delicate so the less you manage them the better. Add them at the very end and
flip gently so they reserve their shape. If you are not able to acquire fresh raspberry bushes you may use
partially thawed frozen ones.
